1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Statti's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Statti provides on-demand diagnostic and inspection services for motor vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, SUVs, and vans. Services are performed by independent contractors (1099 technicians).
3. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is due at time of booking. Prices are as displayed on the platform and are subject to change with notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Statti provides diagnostic reports based on data collected at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for issues that develop after the inspection or that were not detectable by the diagnostic equipment used.
6. AI-Generated Reports
Reports are generated using artificial intelligence based on scan data and technician observations. While we strive for accuracy, reports should be used as guidance and not as a substitute for professional expert evaluation when critical decisions are at stake.
