Independent Contractor Agreement

1. Relationship
Technicians engaged by Statti are independent contractors (1099), not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
2. Services
Contractors provide diagnostic and inspection services using equipment and methodology prescribed by Statti. Contractors maintain control over their schedule and work methods.
3. Compensation
Contractors are paid per completed inspection. Payment is processed weekly via direct deposit or cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT) at the contractor's election.
4. Equipment
Statti provides X-Tool diagnostic scanners and necessary supplies. Contractors are responsible for maintaining equipment in good working condition.
5. Insurance
Contractors must maintain appropriate liability insurance. Statti provides supplemental coverage for work performed through the platform.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
7. Individual Liability
Contractors bear individual liability for their work product. Statti's liability is limited as specified in the customer Terms of Service.
